Who I am and what I do
My background spans decades of teaching experience in English as a second or foreign language.
I write a blog on topics such as business communication skills, common writing mistakes, and how to present your best self. I am principal author of Write Now: Business Writing that Gets Results. I have co-authored nine textbooks, three of which I was project manager as well.
I also created an innovative online academic writing course, Introduction to Academic Writing. It is self-study online course with videos, transcriptions, quizzes, and activities. Through a series of recorded lectures and lecture notes, you hear and see a professor clearly explain all the steps of the writing process. You will also get help evaluating yourself through self corrected quizzes, self assessments, and writing activities.
The point is not about me, however … it’s about you. I am here to help you succeed.
